Gaines Adams



Gaines Adams, a defensive lineman for the Chicago Bears, died Sunday, Jan. 17, in South Carolina. He was only 26-years-old.
Gaines Adams, who was an all-American at Clemson, died of cardiac arrest. He had gone into cardiac arrest at his family's home in Greenwood, said Marcia Kelley-Clark, chief deputy coroner for Greenwood County. Apparently, Adams had an enlarged heart which caused the cardiac arrest.(According to "bogdog beat").
