After a week of speculation that Kanye West is launching a womenswear label, the rumor was finally confirmed. Louise Wilson, a faculty member at Central St. Martins College of Art and Design in London, revealed that Kanye is indeed working on a women’s line with London-based designer and CSM graduate Louise Goldin. The line is expected to make its runway premiere at the upcoming New York Fashion Week. After discontinuing his now-defunct Pastelle clothing line in 2009, this is Kanye’s second foray into launching a complete fashion line.-(www.dresslikekanye.com)
