Summer Shape!!!
It's never too late to start working toward that summer physic that you want. A couple of easy tips to help you get started:
Absolutely no Pop/Soda
No Fast Food
Grill EVERYTHING, NO FRY DADDY
Drink lots of water
Exercise Daily, Weights, Cardio
Don't eat or snack after 9pm
Discipline Yourself
Balance of Fruits and Vegetables
No Deserts!
Stay away from Bread if you can
Count your Calories
Stick to a plan
