Morning Run
Whenever I run in the morning, I always feel like I gained a couple of hours during the day. Research has actually shown that runners who run in the morning are more consistent with their running than those who try to do it later on. If you want to become a morning runner, here are some tips for making morning runs easier:
Get to bed early.
Some people think they can watch late-night TV and still get up early for a run. Do yourself a favor –- DVR your favorite late TV shows and plan to get to bed in time to guarantee yourself 7-8 hours of sleep.
Sleep in your running clothes.
This trick may seem a little bit silly, but runners who have tried it say that it works. Of course, don't sleep with your running shoes on -- those you'll have to put on once you get out of bed.
Or, lay out your clothes.
If you don't feel like sleeping in your clothes, at least lay them out, all ready to go. Having your clothes right there will make it much easier to get dressed to run. Some runners even like to put their clothes in the bathroom, which forces them to wake up a little and then get dressed. (Added bonus: If you have a snoozing spouse next to you, he or she will appreciate not being disturbed.)
Put your alarm clock out of reach.
When that alarm goes off early in the morning, it's tempting to keep hitting the snooze button and skip your running plans. But if your alarm clock is across the room, you're already out of bed and a lot less likely to say, "Just 10 more minutes…"
Have a training schedule.
If you're training for a specific race and following a training schedule, it's much harder to blow off those morning runs. You'll think to yourself, "I have to be ready for that half-marathon," or, "My schedule says 5 miles today. Gotta run."
Think about your plan the night before.
Plan out your run the night before -- how far, for how long, what course you'll run. Doing so will help you get more motivated for your run and ensure that you have enough time for your run before you start the rest of your day.
Get a morning running buddy.
If you usually run by yourself, try to recruit a running friend to meet you in the morning. Or, find a running group that meets in the morning. You'll be less likely to skip your run if you know people are waiting for you.
Eat something light.
It's never good to run on an empty stomach, but you most likely won't have a lot of extra time to eat and then digest your food. So, try eating something small like an energy bar or a banana, so you're not running on empty.

Wear reflective gear.
If you're running in the early morning, wear white, yellow, or orange clothes. Also, make sure you have reflective gear on. Although some items (running shoes, jackets) already have reflective pieces on them, it doesn't hurt to add more.
Drink some water.
You're most likely going to wake up dehydrated, so make sure you drink about 6-8 ounces of water before you start your run (about.com).

Grown Man
Many people have it confused on what it means to be a grown man. What constitutes a grown man? For one, being well mannered and poised no matter the situation. Other aspects of being a grown man means "taking care of business" on all levels and possible angles consistently. But being a grown man especially means dressing like you are one. Being a grown man has nothing to do with "age" but everything to do with stlye, class, taste, intelligence and preference. Therefore if you are not currently doing so, get your grown man on!

Kanye West: Rosewood Movement
The Rosewood Movement is a fashion initiative in which Kanye and his group wear the same sharply tailored suits. It stems from the Rosewood Civil Rights Movement, but in this case is meant to raise the level of sophistication within the rap and hip hop worlds. Kanye is known to be a fashion trend setter, so this is meant to influence his followers to dress a bit sharper.
The current dress code is a Dior Homme Black Classic Skinny Suit. It is sold in Beverly Hills and New York City boutiques and retails for $2,200. It is available during every season.
West has explained in interviews that the Rosewood Movement is much more than just a fashion statement. It also includes good manners, no profanity in public, "calling your grandmother" and "taking care of your kids."-luxist.com

Solar Powered Home
S 400 Hybrid Mercedes-Benz
Chipotle Mexican Grill
Bolthouse Farms Organic Juices
Many are putting a special emphasis on going "GREEN". Some buy hybrid cars others buy solar powered homes. Some even entertain a better diet by trying organic juices or only eating foods that are made without by-products. I recommend combining all of these strategies to live a healthier and more fulfilling life!

"The Goldman Sachs Culture"
But these rewards come at a price: There is no partnership without face time. Doing a good job will get you nowhere. Doing a superb job will get you noticed, but unless a managing director is willing to continue to put in hefty hours at the office and commit to a travel schedule that includes missing more than a few bedtime stories and regularly spending Sunday evenings heading out to Kennedy Airport, a partnership may be just beyond reach. The seven day work week 10-12 hours a day and maybe even holidays. Success comes at a price, you trade it for time. Time with you family, wife and friends. Eventhough you barely have to shower, shit and shave nevermind because you work for Goldman Sachs.
A few observations on getting to the top: You will be immersed in one of the world's most competitive environments, placed in a head-to-head contest with those around you; and while you must win this competition, nothing will derail you faster than not being a team player. You must make your accomplishments well known to the partner you work for, the partnership committee, and the management committee, while never once bragging. You must want success so badly you can taste it, but never dare to look overly ambitious. You must make the time, real time, to advise and guide those coming up behind you, even if you feel you barely have a minute to breathe. You must pretend not to notice that, although you work for the most valuable securities firm ever, the furniture is battered, the carpets are worn, and little about the décor has been updated in a quarter of a century. You will become wealthy beyond your wildest dreams, but you must not be seen using this money in a flashy or ostentatious manner (Lisa Endlich,Forbes.com).
Real Or Fake?
The latest craze in the entertainment world seems to be silicone gluteus maximus. Now it makes you wonder who's "but" is real and who really went to the doctor and had them make them a booty....lol. Either way is this popular trend acceptable? Some women are really making a case for actually being plastic!

Never be to into........
Too much of anything is never good for you. Case and point, to much shallowness is just as bad as having too much depth. The key is to find a balance, never worship material possessions and never over indulge in having too much depth. The key is for you to judge your own well being in life. It is important to be happy, but it is even more important to find happiness within, instead of within Saks Fifth. Love & Live Life!
